Service refers to the Back2Me mobile application.

Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of the Back2Me app and form a binding agreement between you and Digima Works s.r.o.
By using the Service, you confirm that:

You accept and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Back2Me is a wellness and lifestyle companion, not a medical or diagnostic tool.
The information provided in the app is for educational and self-tracking purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you experience side effects or health concerns, seek professional help immediately.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the Service may be available only through a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
All payments are processed securely through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly in your device settings.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us.
We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
We recommend reviewing their terms and policies before using them.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the app, or $100 if you haven’t made any purchases.

Back2Me is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees that:
The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
It will meet your specific goals or expectations
It will work perfectly on all devices
You use Back2Me entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict of law principles.
Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues or complaints, please contact us first to try resolving them informally:
For EU Users
If you are located in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory protections granted under your local consumer laws.
U.S. Compliance
